Our instructor was incredibly fun, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel relaxed and engaging from start to finish. We learned how to prepare traditional local dishes while also hearing about Basque food culture and techniques, which made everything feel even more meaningful. The class was hands-on, well organized, and full of great energy — it never felt rushed or overly “touristy.” I left full, happy, and genuinely excited to recreate these dishes at home. I enjoyed the cooking class a lot! I learned a lot about being patient and giving the ingredients enough time. The class (we booked the 3.5 hour) has a decent amount of hands-on activities for every participant, but there’s probably more time spent listening and watching (and eating!) in this particular course which was also very entertaining and insightful.
